Design and Layout Fee Information

Design Fees are a one time fee unless future modifications are requested.

Minor modifications are no extra charge(i.e. changing a phone number).

Major modifications require a quote (i.e. template change, redesign of images etc...).

We require the minimum paid in advance on all orders and the final payment at proof approval and before delivery to you, our print shop or the printer of your choice.

Large projects may require a deposit on estimated time/number of pages etc... unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.

Design Fees Include

Up to three (3) design layout samples

Stock or client owned (royalty free) images

3 draft proofs, If necessary, via e-mail.

1 final proof via e-mail, US Mail, or delivery if local.

Back-up copy saved on flash drive for client.

Custom graphics (If any) copyright transferred to client upon receiving final payment. We will deliver one copy on flash drive for client and we retain one backup copy in client file. (Optional)
